Healthgrades has released it’s 50 Best Hospitals list for the 2023 year, announced the recipients of the 2023 America’s Best Hospitals Awards and State Rankings, with the top 50 hospitals on their annual list identifying the top 1% of hospitals in the United States, according to an official press release.
Healthgrades, which is an online resource for comprehensive information about physicians and hospitals, provided a comprehensive look at the healthcare options that were derived from a review of close to 4,500 hospitals throughout more than 31 of the most common conditions, and common procedures.
“Healthgrades makes it easy for consumers to choose a doctor based on the three factors that matter most: compatibility, relevant experience, and the quality of the hospital where you’ll be treated,” said Burt Kann, EVP and Head of Product at Healthgrades. “With these awards, we are helping consumers identify the highest quality care in their community by celebrating the hospitals that consistently deliver better-than-expected clinical outcomes.”
A recent Healthgrades survey revealed that 64% of consumers are more concerned with their health and wellness than they were before the pandemic, and more than half of Americans (57%) are more concerned with the quality of care provided by the doctors and hospitals they choose today, per the release.
